1. What we collect
When you send an order request, we collect what you type in the form: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, and optionally your email, shipping address, whether you buy wholesale, and any notes, together with the products you chose. Like most websites, our hosting server also records technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to contact you about your order, confirm details, arrange payment, pickup or shipping, and provide customer service. We do not sell your information. We will only send you marketing messages if you ask us to.
3. Where it is stored
Your order information is stored in our own database on servers provided by our web host, Hostinger, in the United States. When you message us on WhatsApp or email, those messages are also handled by those services under their own privacy policies. Order notifications are sent to our business email.
4. Payments
This website does not collect or store credit card or bank information. Payment is arranged directly with you after we confirm your order.
5. Cookies and your browser
We use only what the site needs to work: a session cookie that keeps the order form secure, a cookie that remembers your language (Spanish or English), and your browser’s local storage to keep the items in your order until you send it. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
6. Sharing
We share your information only with the services we need to complete your order (for example, a shipping carrier), or when required by law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for the order, customer service, and our tax and accounting obligations.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to contact@bluetteclothing.com or by mail to Bluette Inc., 2701 Swindell Rd, Lakeland, FL 33805.
9. Age
This site is intended for adults. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please have a parent or guardian place the order.
10. Changes
We may update this statement. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Qué datos tomamos. Al enviar un pedido: tu nombre, teléfono/WhatsApp y, si los das, correo, dirección de envío, si compras por mayor y tus notas, junto con los productos elegidos. El servidor también registra datos técnicos como tu dirección IP por seguridad.
Para qué los usamos. Solo para contactarte sobre tu pedido, confirmar detalles, coordinar pago, recojo o envío, y atenderte. No vendemos tus datos. Solo te enviamos promociones si nos lo pides.
Dónde se guardan. En nuestra propia base de datos, en servidores de nuestro proveedor de hosting, Hostinger, en Estados Unidos. Los mensajes por WhatsApp o correo se manejan según las políticas de esos servicios.
Pagos. Este sitio no pide ni guarda tarjetas ni cuentas bancarias. El pago se coordina contigo al confirmar el pedido.
Cookies. Solo las necesarias: una cookie de sesión para la seguridad del formulario, otra que recuerda tu idioma y el almacenamiento de tu navegador para guardar tu pedido hasta que lo envíes. No usamos cookies de publicidad ni de rastreo. Las fuentes del sitio se cargan desde Google Fonts.
Con quién compartimos. Solo con los servicios necesarios para completar tu pedido (por ejemplo, la empresa de envío) o cuando la ley lo exija.
Tus opciones. Puedes pedirnos ver, corregir o borrar tus datos, o que no te contactemos más, escribiendo a contact@bluetteclothing.com.
